COMPLIMENTARY LEGAL HEALTH CHECK

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1 The Offer is strictly non-transferable and may not be claimed via any other channel or directly with LegalVision.

1.2 Eligible organizations must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information in the assessment form.

2. Verification and Approval

2.1 Tascon Legal reserves the right to review and verify all submissions before confirming eligibility for the Offer.

2.2 LegalVision UK may request additional documentation or clarification to validate the information provided by the organization.

3. Duration of the Offer

3.1 The Offer is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and may be withdrawn or modified at any time by Tascon Legal and/or LegalVision.

4. Limitations and Conditions

4.1 The Offer is limited to one complimentary legal health check per organization.

4.2 The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, incentive, or discount.

4.3 LegalVision’s standard terms and conditions apply to the provision of the legal health check.

4.4 Tascon Legal and LegalVision reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time, without prior notice.

4.5 Tascon Legal shall not be responsible or liable for any legal advice or information provided by its partner, LegalVision, in connection with this Offer.

5. Geographic Scope of Offer

5.1 The complimentary Legal Health Check and one-month free LegalVision membership are only valid for legal services provided in the United Kingdom. Organizations seeking legal services in other jurisdictions are not eligible.

6. General

6.1 By participating in the Offer, organizations acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Tascon Legal and LegalVision disclaim any liability arising from ineligible or fraudulent claims.

6.3 The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
